My Art School Heart

What’s old is new again and my art school heart couldn’t be happier about that! Our granddaughter turned two a couple of weeks ago and of course I was going to be snapping some pics at her birthday party! My son-in-law’s father, Mike, passed away a few months ago and we miss him every day. Especially on special occasions like Sunnie’s birthday party. Mike was a hobby photographer and had kept his film camera that he bought over 35 years ago. I was gifted his camera and thought it would be a way to honor him by using it to photograph Sunnie’s party.

It all started on my sweet boy’s second birthday. Gonzo, our Chinook, turned two and of course needed his very own photoshoot! I had to show off Gonzo’s portraits to some neighbors, turns out they have some pretty special pets too! From that day a new branch of my business started and I couldn’t be happier! Pets are part of our family and deserve to be spoiled with their very own session!
